We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as check or money order. We will ship your order as soon as payment is received. Please make checks or money orders payable to: JM MetalWorks.

Custom Orders

Please feel free to contact us for a custom design quote for that special project. You can look through our stock images and mix & match images together or stand-alone. We can ad you name, address, or special date to any image. If you have something special in mind please contact us or fax a description or sketch and we will do our best to fill your needs.

If you see something you like in our Product gallery that you like but would like us to ad your personal touch we can accommodate that also.

Stock Images

When ordering or inquiring about a stock image please include Page Number & Image Name.

Product Gallery Images

When inquiring about a design you have seen in our Product Gallery please give us a call or email us. Let us know under what category you saw item and we will be glad to help with your order process. We will also quote the item at that time.

Any stock color is included with order, if you are interested in Powder Coating a item we will have to quote color at time of order.

Shipping Information

Please note: Items cannot be shipped to P.O. Box.

Canceled Orders

Orders may be cancelled with in 24 hours of placing the order (please keep in mind some orders may ship within 24 hours or less). Once the order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the customer to return the merchandise for a refund, customer is responsiable for return shipping charges only.

Return Policy

At JM MetalWorks your satisfaction comes first.

Items may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days of delivery. You may return any item for exchange, refund, or credit to your credit card account less shipping and handling charges. You must call for a "return authorization" before returning any merchandise. Merchandise without a return authorization, will be refused and no credit given. We can not except returns or issue refunds on custome orders. If your order is damaged in shipment we will replace the merchandise at no cost to buyer. If damaged item is noticed, do not accept or sign for the item. Request a damage notification slip from shipper and notify JM MetalWorks immediately. If damage is concealed notify JM MetalWorks with in 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
